I was lucky to go on the last field trip of the year to the zoo with the Mill Creek Elementary first grade. We went to Liberty Park and ate lunch then the kids played on their awesome playground for a little bit.

Then we headed to the zoo. It was a beautiful day but very hot!
The tigers were very sleepy
I was so glad I went. The look on Makayla's face when she saw me was worth all the effort of getting kids to a babysitter and driving behind the bus. I am glad she is not to the point where she is embarrassed by me and wants me around lol! I love that girl so much.
