My friend Jen Larsen just became a consultant for Close to My Heart - a stamp, scrapbook, card making, etc. company. I have considered starting a club with her but need 10 people to join me. Here is Jen's description from her blog so read through it and leave a comment if you are interested in joining me for a fun night out with the girls!
What do you get if you join? Each month for 10 months on a designated day chosen by the group and myself we will get together and put together one scrapbook layout (2 coordinating pages) project or one cards layout project. I provide all the paper, embellishments, and stamps to complete the projects. On your month to host the gathering you are guaranteed 10 orders from the other club members and get the CTMH Hostess Gifts that month. What do you have to do to join? Make a COMMITMENT to spend a minimum of $15 on CTMH products, a month, (before shipping and tax) for 10 months. In order for a gathering to qualify for hostess gifts it must have at least $150 in sales thus, at least $15 from each club member. You are not limited to only orders from the club members when it is your month to host. I encourage you to invite all your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc. to make an order or come to club to have higher sales and get even more free stuff when it is your month to host. If they attend club night they will also need to spend the minimum $15 to come and make the project for that night. This club is lots of fun, but also know that your membership in it does involve COMMITMENT to be fair every club member must do their part to make this work and to get your Hostess Gifts! I know you will have lots of fun in this club! I have been involved in one for 3 years and it has made Scrapbooking easy and fun for me!
